Maura J. Halligan

Maura Halligan , the President of AdvantEdge, Inc., has over 25 years of consulting, general management, sales management and sales experience.

Maura spent seven years as a medical technologist before starting her sales career selling copy machines door to door in Manhattan. After moving into the healthcare industry Maura moved successfully through positions in sales and sales management bringing teams at both Roche and Baxter’s Dade division to 1st place positions. From 1991 to 1994 Maura was a General Manager for Critical Care America. In addition to managing sales, marketing, and operations at Critical Care, Maura negotiated the largest hospital joint venture in the country.

Since 1994, Maura has been a performance development consultant developing and conducting training programs for companies such as Johnson Controls, Siemens, Evergreen Solar, Bayer, Zurich Insurance and several divisions of GE.

AdvantEdge Sales Training conducts public training programs for small business owners and entrepreneurs, sales professionals and other business people who would like to advance their skills. In addition to sales training and sales coaching AdvantEdge also has seminars such as “The Essentials for Starting a Small Business” and “Cold Calling Boot Camp”.
